We offer a separate part of our house, completely restructured keeping the colors and freshness of old italian country manors.
The furniture has been selected to be completely safe for kids, practical and easy to maintain for the parents and with anything you might need for childcare.
The house we rent has a porch, kitchen with a living room at the first floor, a bed room with bathroom on the upper floor. Separate entrance and parking lot.
Four beds + one for a baby if needed.
It is ideal as a holiday house for your summer holidays and for weekends. Wide rooms, fully equipped for a long stay (fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, TV etc.).
We are close to the main tourist town reachable in less than one hour by car (Milano, Pavia, Piacenza, Brescia, Lodi, Cremona, Genova ecc.)

* With High Season we mean: Easter, week of the 25th of April, 1st of May, July August, the 7th of December, Christmas, New Year's Eve.
Prices comprise sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels, electricity, water, gas, taxes and final cleaning of the house.
Warning: In the cold season (October till April) we add an extra or 3 euro per day to recover the costs of heating the appartment.
